Any further information about this vacancy:

Wear for Success (WFS) commenced in 2011 and is a
Melbourne based not-for-proft organisation run by a dedicated
group of volunteers and management team, including a
volunteer Board.

Since then we have helped over 2,500 people needing support
on their journey back to work by providing professional clothing
and work skills training to provide people with the best possible
chance of gaining employment.

We believe that everyone has potential. Wear for Success
helps them fnd it. If we can engender confdence in people by
helping them look and feel the part on their journey towards
employment, then we’ve done our job.

After 5 years we have also undergone a transformation and feel
more confdant than ever that our services to the community
are essential. An increase in referrals, a dedicated approach to
fundraising, the appointment of an Operations Manager and
a stable portfolio structured Board means we are ready and
excited to take the next step in our journey.

Having chaired the Board for 3 years, our current Chair, Graham
Seldon, is stepping down and will remain on the Board for
another 12 months. We now feel the time is right to appoint
a Board Chair with solid commercial acumen, leadership
experience and a passion for representing Wear for Success
to our existing key supporters and stakeholders as well as
potential supporters.
