Formed in 1995 Hills Community Options (HCO) is a specialist disability service provider based in the Adelaide Hills and Western region of Metropolitan Adelaide South Australia. HCO is governed by a Board of Directors formed from our membership based Organisation. HCO provides a full suite of quality flexible  specialist disability services to over 135 people (children and adults) living with a disabilty. HCO's mission is to work in partnership with individuals, families and the community in enabling persons who live with a disability to engage positively within their communities and support them to exercise their own life choices and aspirations. Our vision is an inclusive community that actively values the contributions of persons with disabilities.

HCO's Board of Directors is focused on positioning the Organisation for success under the  National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)  and would welcome nominations from individuals with skills and experience  in assisting Organisations to embrace change, build resilience and understanding the  key challenges in the finance, legal and risk arenas in the not for profit sector.
