Hobo Gro is a small start up NGO that has been operating for 6 years without incoproation. Hobo Gro has won awards for enviromental education and has a good business plan in place. Hobo Gro has been a self funded organisation which creates compost and natural fertiliser, runs sustainable gardening awareness programs and theraputic horticulture.

With this backdrop we are seeking to incorporate and looking for 2-3 skiled board members to actively participate in the process.

We do not have a significant organisational infrustructure so hands on board volunteers will have the opportuntiy to set the processes up for continued future success.

Skills we need include:

organisational governance - to be the associations secretary

marketing and communications

funding and finance

enthusiasm for the evironment and reducing food waste to landfill.
