The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation raises funds to support the Board of the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium of South Australia.

The Botanic Gardens is one of South Australia's most visited cultural and scientific institutions, with more than 2.6 million visits each year. It comprises Adelaide, Mount Lofty and Wittinga Botanic Gardens, as well as the SA Seed Conservation Centre, Santos Museum of Economic Botany, and State Herbarium.

The Adelaide Botanic Gardens Foundation is seeking Committee Members who have an interest in gardens, the environment, science or conservation. Priority will be given to candidates with a background in philanthropic giving, a willingness to engage in peer to peer leveraging, asking for and securing philanthropic gifts or corporate partnerships.
