Wavlink has operated as an Adult Learning centre for people with a disability since 1982. Located in the City of Monash Wavlink is a key provider of educational and recreational programs for the region.

Wavlink's mission is to build welcoming and inclusive communities where people with disabilities can live with equality, freedom and dignity. A position on the Wavlink Board has become available following the retirement of a long time Director. Wavlink is keen to fill the vacancy with a candidate possessing skills in the area of Education, Training and Community Development. Candidates with other suitable Not for Profit skills will also be favourably considered.

Monthly committment for the Directors role is approximately five hours including the monthly board meeting. Previous directorship experience is not mandatory and the position is completed on a voluntary basis.
