Better Hearing Australia (Victoria) Inc. is a member-based organisation focussed on hearing loss and tinnitus support.

We are a Victorian, not-for-profit hearing service provider, assisting people with hearing conditions achieve full participation in whatever activities they wish to pursue. We are a registered charity.

We provide information, advice and services on all aspects of hearing loss prevention and management to the community.

We have a number of opportunities to sit on our Board that we are looking to fill with committed and active Board members from across the community, with a range of skillsets required. Of particular need are individuals who can satisfy one or more of the following attributes:

  • Academic/research insight into hearing health
  • Human resources
  • Legal
  • Risk management

Over the last couple of years, a number of new opportunities have presented themselves to us as an organisation, and we are rolling out our strategy in response to the changing environment we're in (i.e. government policy, funding constraints, NDIS rollout, changing demographics).

It is an exciting time for the organisation to grow its services and reaffirm its position in the community.
