African Development Aid have a 6-year history of sustainable community development practises on ground in East Africa. Our purpose is to eradicate poverty and its root cause at a grass roots level while opening economic opportunities to create further independence and sustainability.

Due to the successful progression of our on-ground work and integration of new partnerships, we are seeking expressions of interest from professionals who are interested in joining our voluntary Management Board.

Previous experience in sustainability practises, financial management, general business management and NGO operations is beneficial but not necessary.
People who have a passion to help others and utilise their skills and knowledge are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Management Board play a vital role in driving the operations of the charity forward while supporting our managers and on ground staff.
