Lifeplan is a values based,not for profit community organisation providing 1:1, individualised supports for people living with disability and their families throught the Perth metro area.

Lifeplan support people to engage and connect with their community, develop their independence capabilities, persue personal development and well- being, and journey toward their life's goals and aspirations.

We are seeking new members to further expand our skills base as a Board. Lifeplan are seeking committed and values driven people to bolster our committment to positive and effective governance, particularly whilst we navigate through a period of acute change as WA transitions to the National Disabilty Insurance Scheme.
