YMCA Whittlesea Voluntary Board Director
Are you looking to make a difference in your community and help to shape its future, working with a great not for profit organisation like the YMCA?
YMCA Whittlesea is now seeking expressions of interest from local community people that would like to take an active role in the future of the YMCA Whittlesea and the programs we deliver in your community.
The YMCA provides a large range of programs and services to the community including: Leisure and Recreation, Children’s Services, Youth and Disability services, Social programs, and many other services. Our work aims to build connections between people, help people to become stronger and more empowered and to improve overall community health and wellbeing. We embrace diversity and invite people of all backgrounds, ages and abilities to consider a position on our Board.
We are seeking new Board members that can help us achieve the great work that we do, in the areas of; business, fundraising, finance, events, community services, or leadership skills. Applicants will be passionate about the local community and have the desire to help those less fortunate, understand local community needs and represent the community through a range of interests, memberships or other involvement.
Applicants with legal or financial skills are highly desirable.
Our voluntary Board of Directors is fundamental in increasing connections and levels of engagement within the City of Whittlesea. We would welcome you to contact us and consider a position on our Board.
