We are currently looking for someone to join our Board of Directors who has past experience on the board of another successful NFP charity.  We have a great team on our Board with diverse skills and backgrounds.  They are proficient in business, accounting, the social sciences and some of our current members have experience on other boards.  However, we are looking for someone specifically with considerable experience as a Board Member on a NFP Organisation.

Some responsibilities and requirements for the role include:

• Attendance to all Board meetings
• Knowledge and experience of compliance requirements with the ACNC, OFT, ATO & ASIC.
• Great communication skills
• 2+ Years Experience on the Board of a successful NFP charitable organisation
• Ability & desire to work with a passionate and growing grassroots organisation
