The Ruby Red Foundation is new charity to raise funds for Medical Research, support patients, educate and raise awareness to help people with rare blood cancers, called Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs). The Ruby Red Foundation has been established by a passionate group of carers and patients with professional skiils and is a registered health promotion charity, a company limited by guarantee, with deductible gift recipient (DGR) status and ATO charitable tax exemptions. We are searching for talented volunteers to help grow The Ruby Red Foundation.

We are seeking experienced, passionate professionals to volunteer as Directors or Members of our management team. The role of volunteer Director involves overseeing the governance, recordkeeping, reporting, compliance, management and strategic direction of The Ruby Red Foundation, meeting regularly with other members of the Board and ensuring the Foundation meets its ongoing obligations.

We are also seeking volunteers to join our Management team, ideally with experience in the not for profit sector, with a focus on rare cancers - with skills or experience in nmanagement, raising funds for medical research, patient support, healthcare professional or patient education, public awareness, fundraising, events, grants, advocacacy, coordinating volunteers, and/or have a connection to people with MPNs.
