We are looking for three outstanding, motivated individuals to contribute energy, expertise and talent to the work of the Board, including progressing our strategic objective to transform On the Line into a professional social health business providing counselling support to people anywhere and anytime.

We currently operate 24/7 telephone, online-chat and video counselling services which are staffed by professional counsellors, psychologists or social workers experienced in working with these issues. On the Line provides some of Australia's most vital and trusted counselling services such as MensLine Australia, Suicide Call Back Service and Veterans Line. Applications are now open for three suitably qualified individuals interested in becoming a voluntary non-Executive Board Director of On the Line Australia Limited. There are substantial benefits in becoming a Board Director including free travel insurance, paid AICD membership, reimbursement of travel and accommodation to attend Board and Committee meetings in Melbourne, insurance for work-related equipment, and support for professional development.

We are looking for experienced directors, with a working knowledge of:

  • Social and mental health services;
  • Commercial experience in taking new products to market;
  • Innovation and enabling technology to meet our end-user’s needs;
  • Financial performance; and
  • Corporate governance.

In particular, we are seeking a qualified accountant with the necessary qualifications, skills and experience to fill one non-Executive Director position.
