Women’s Health Queensland Inc is a health promotion, information and education charity.  For the last three decades we have built an exemplary reputation supporting vulnerable women throughout Queensland to make informed choices about their health and wellbeing through every stage of their life.

We believe in connecting women with the right information and services from reliable sources to support their health and well-being needs. We do this by listening to the needs of the local community and individuals and working with partners to influence positive change.

We are seeking expressions of interest for people to join our governance board with demonstrated leadership experience ideally in the area of health service delivery with a digital, finance or marketing/social media background. We welcome diversity on our Board and encourage interest from people living in regional and remote areas and/or of different ethnicities and experience.

This is a volunteer position.

Board meeting details

Board meetings are held every six weeks, on a Wednesday morning before 9am at a central Brisbane city location.
