McLean Care is a dynamic and rapidly expanding not-for-profit aged care provider employing over 300 people across NSW and QLD. Multi-site and multi award winning; we are going places with a passion for technology and enriching the experiences of those we care for.
The McLean Care Board and their Chief Executive Officer have a bold vision for the future. This is an exciting time to join their Board, and we invite interested persons to apply for one of two remunerated Directorship positions.
Become part of something special – we are looking for a Director with experience and qualifications in, but not limited to finance, marketing and communications, business management and information technology. Ideally, you will also possess a sound knowledge of governance and have an understanding of, or an interest in Aged Care.
All McLean Care Directors are remunerated and attend Board and Committee meetings at the corporate offices in Inverell, New South Wales. The Board/Committee meetings are held on the last Monday of each month and we anticipate that all Directors will need to commit between six to eight hours of their time in in preparation for and attendance at each McLean Care monthly Board/Committee meeting.
