The Immigration Rights and Advice Centre (IARC) is a not for profit community legal centre that provides free legal advice to vulnerable migrants and refugees. Recognising that Australia is enriched by the intake of people from different cultures and countries, our vision is for an Australian immigration system that is just and equitable. We are a registered charity based in Sydney’s CBD. The Management Committee is seeking a new member with a proven track record in fundraising and developing corporate partnerships. The Committee of 7 members meets quarterly and provides strategic and financial oversight and guidance to IARC’s small team of dedicated lawyers. Participation is on a voluntary basis. To be appointed you will need experience in driving partnerships and developing fundraising strategies and a commitment to helping IARC  expand its funding sources. Applications close by 22 March 2019.
