ICDA and BoardPro partnership unlocks digital governance tools for not-for-profits nationwide

The Institute of Community Directors Australia and BoardPro have joined forces to make governance tools more accessible to not-for-profit organisations. The partnership brings together Community Directors' training and sector expertise with BoardPro’s easy-to-use board management software, offering a streamlined way for boards to run effective meetings, record decisions, and strengthen governance.

The Board Meetings Resource Hub has been created as part of the partnership, to provide important tools and resources to help not-for-profit boards effectively run and manage their board meetings.
This is where directors can find important tools and resources, including an agenda template, meeting minutes template, board meeting checklist and information on the legal requirements of AGMs.
The Resource Hub also hosts information on how to unlock discounted prices to BoardPro for Community Directors members, as well as access to BoardPro's 6-part course How to run effective board meetings.
