Exit Interviews

Exitinterview

Although you may have worked hard to create a great culture for your organisation, and you'd hope your best employees will remain with you, this may not be the case.

In today's world employees move on for all manner of reasons.

Conducting an exit interview provides an opportunity to receive transparent feedback about your business from a departing employee. It also provides a chance to gain valuable insights into what employees really think about their time in your workplace - information that could be used in the future to improve staff retention and the quality of the organisation.

Feedback from employees leaving voluntarily can provide valuable information on their perception of your business and the way it's managed.

Therefore, employees who are resigning or retiring from their employment should be invited to attend an exit interview.
