It's been a busy month on the Festival of Community Directors calendar, with three very popular webinars taking place.
August kicked-off with the Taking Minutes webinar, designed to upskill board-secretaries going into AGM-season. The webinar recording is available for purchase for just $65 and is a must-see for any minute-taker.
The focus then shifted to strategic planning, with the webinar Setting an Effective Course for Your Organisation. This webinar took a look at how boards are moving from long-term planning to adaptive strategic review. If you missed the webinar, fear not! The webinar recording is available for purchase - it's just $65 and is sure to help your organisation find its course.
To begin September, the Festival of Community Directors teamed up with whistleblowing experts YourCall for a free webinar on whistleblowing at not-for-profits. The webinar generated a great deal of interest, with over 500 people tuning in live or listening to the recording later. If you didn't sign up, there's no need to worry. You can still access the recording here.
This whistle-blowing webinar was the first of seven free webinars taking place as part of the festival's September calendar. For more information on future webinars, read on.
There are only a few more of training opportunities to come during the 2019 Festival of Community Directors.
