Is there a limit to the calls we can make?
No - there are no limits to how many calls you can make. If your matter is complex, and requires a meeting or formal legal advice, we will talk to you about associated legal fees and agree on a price with you up-front.
Is payment made up front or monthly? How is payment made?
As part of the membership application process, we will discuss with you how you wish to pay for your membership. We are happy to invoice you in one lump sum, or in regular instalments, whatever best suits your organisation.
Do you provide after-hours support for WA?
Yes - if you choose the Platinum membership option you can call our 24/7 after hours service.
What are we charged for services outside the "norm"?
Where most firms charge by time, Moores is different. With Moores Agreed Pricing (MAP) you'll know our fee before we begin work. No estimates. No ranges. No hourly rates. Before we talk to you about price, we will listen carefully to you and ask the right questions to understand your needs and how we can meet them. How many people can I register for membership? Is there a cost associated with each person?
There is no limit to how many people can have access to this service. There is no additional cost per user. We recommend that the following key personnel be given access: the CEO / General Manager, CFO, human resources or payroll officer and the Chair of the Board. It is important to note that we represent employers, so advice will not be provided to individual employees querying about their own issues.
