Working on a board means navigating diverse viewpoints. This can make it hard to work together and get things done. Without a plan, even small arguments can become big issues, leading to stress and less trust amongst the board.

But conflict doesn't have to be negative. In fact, a little conflict can be great for your board - if you have a plan.

Join us for our upcoming conflict resolution training which gives you simple tools to manage and solve conflicts. You’ll learn how to turn disagreements into useful conversations, helping your board work better together.

This session will cover:

  • What is conflict and how can it impact groups
  • Responses to conflict
