As many as one in five Australians are neurodivergent, but many organisations are missing out on tapping into this pool of employees because they continue to use outdated recruitment and work practices.
Neurodivergence spans the spectrum of autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, and Tourette syndrome, to name a few diagnoses.
A neuro-affirming approach builds inclusive systems and communication practices that support diverse cognitive profiles from the outset. It is grounded in psychological safety, ensuring people feel secure, respected and able to work without hidden expectations or fear of judgement.

- How to reduce barriers and improve workplace inclusive
- Foster a culture of strength-based leadership.
