You may not know it yet, but you could be the perfect mentor for an aspiring leader.
Becoming a mentor could futureproof your organisation, equipping aspiring leaders with the skills and knowledge required to make a difference going forward. Mentoring someone outside your organisation could also help support the sector, helping you make an impact on societal change long into the future.
But being a great mentor takes work. In this session we’ll discuss how to provide mentoring that is effective and drives impact. We’ll cover:
- Strategies and techniques that will help you be a skilled, understanding and culturally competent mentor
- The importance of mentorship in driving social impact
- Understanding mentee needs
- Overcoming challenges in mentorship
- Building a lasting mentorship relationship

What's a Webinar?
A Webinar is a seminar that's conducted over the internet.
Viewers watch a remote presentation on their own screens at a set broadcast time and can participate by typing and submitting questions they would like answered by the presenter.
Our Webinars are recorded and a copy is sent out to every registrant by default. So if you aren't able to watch the Webinar live at the scheduled time, you don't need to do anything - we'll send you a copy you can watch at your own pace on your own screen.

Our Webinars include a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15 minute interactive Q&A session where you'll call the shots. You do so by typing your questions during the Webinar.
