Strategic Planning (Online Interactive)

Date: 11 Jun 2024

Strategicplanning poor

Who really has time for strategic planning? There is so much going on within our organisations that demands our attention. It's tempting to leave strategic planning languishing on the back burner.

But strategic planning shouldn't be an afterthought. Decisions we make in today's board meetings will reach well into our future. In the absence of a clear strategic plan, its unlikely to be a well-informed decision-making process. If you're not forward planning, the future may not thank you!

In this interactive webinar, we'll explore the benefits of simple strategic planning and look specifically at:

  • components of an effective strategic plan
  • the interplay between board strategic planning and day-to-day operations
  • strategic planning in the context of organisational effectiveness
  • establishing SMART objectives with measurable metrics
  • environment scanning for better strategic planning
