He joins Tanck after working for a number of years in the political realm, as an Advisor in Federal Parliament, as well as recently as a Policy Advisor for a senior state government Minister.

Isa brings a nuanced understanding of government decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and policy development, shaped by years of experience within Victoria's political and public service landscape. He has served as an adviser in the Victorian Government across a range of portfolios, including police, racing, crime prevention, and the circular economy. His time working closely with MPs, Ministers, and Departments, as well as in the Victorian public service, has given him a comprehensive grasp of how government operates across its many layers.
