AI is opening up new possibilities for not-for-profits – but making the most of it takes more than simply choosing the right tools.
AI & Innovation Readiness is a practical three-part program designed to help NFP boards and executive teams build the foundations for thoughtful, effective AI adoption. You’ll learn how to set clear organisational goals and KPIs, identify the expertise and resources you need, and put appropriate policies and governance in place.

Program outline
The starting point. A practical session for boards and executive teams to set organisational goals and KPIs for AI adoption, identify the expertise and resourcing required, and put the policies and governance in place before any tool decision is made.
The middle step. Once the foundations are set, this session teaches leaders how to design one intentional AI experiment at a time — with SMART KPIs and a measurement plan — so pilots convert into evidence of impact rather than stalled, unmeasured spend.
The final step. A hands-on masterclass where leaders scope, resource, and design a single AI use case ready to run in the next 30 days — goal statement, SMART KPI, stakeholder map, and resourcing plan included.
