Community Sector CEOs is a three-session program designed to help chief executive officers (and other comparable job titles) understand their role and responsibilities.
The sessions will cover the CEO's role in:
- Leading with strategy and governance (session 1)
- Leading people and performance (session 2)
- Leading innovation and sustainability (session 3)
Participants will learn alongside other community sector CEOs, in sessions designed to enable them to connect and network with their peers. This training takes place online.
Those who complete all three sessions will receive a Certificate of Completion.
This course is perfect for new CEOs or those about to step into the role.
