Joan Kirner Emerging Leaders Program: Webinar series
Empowering women and gender diverse people to become leaders
About the program
The Joan Kirner Emerging Leaders Program honours the legacy of the late Joan Kirner AC. The program supports Victorian women and gender diverse people to follow in her footsteps by addressing leadership challenges and equipping them with practical skills and strategies to advance on their leadership journey.
Women and gender diverse people are under-represented in leadership roles across all industries and in the broader community. When they do reach leadership positions, they are concentrated in lower levels of management, even in industries with majority-women workforces.
This places women at greater risk of long-term, compounding, and disproportionate social and economic disadvantage. It also locks women out of decision-making processes and forums that affect them.
To help address this, we're hosting a series of free webinars for participants in the program and their colleagues, friends and family. Simply share this page to help your peers access these events. Full program below.
