- Consider the defined complex workplace problem in light of the strategic frameworks, considering possible scenarios and key planned milestones for responding to the problem.

- Reflect on personal values, strengths, and motivations to define a clear leadership purpose.
- Explore the connection between individual purpose and leadership effectiveness.
- Develop a personal leadership statement.
